I am a grandmother of 10 and a mother of 10,After a life or being a sharecroppers daughter and a artist I am now retired to enjoy my grands and children.I love walking, long fall days, reading and just enjoying life
So glad you had a beautiful day in Alabama today... NC had beautiful weather today too... and tomorrow is suppose to be in the 80's, then it is suppose to turn cold again for the weekend...
I actually got outside today, too. Picked up three buckets of pine cones out of the front yard...
I love spring, but it doesn't love me... I have allergies and everything makes me sneeze...
My husband and his brother planted potatoes last Saturday. Still a little early for us to plant tomatoes yet... probably get the rest of the garden planted on Good Friday...
I'm so glad you felt good today. When you are sick for a long spell, you sometimes forget that there will be good days again...
Enjoy all your good days and on the ones that are not quite as good, just rest in God's arms and let Him take care of you...
I have checked out your new place to sell your paintings. It sounds like a big flea market and your booth is really a "hit" already. You do great work and I'm so proud to know you (even if its just in blogland)...
You are blessed to have your wonderful children to stick by you at this time. I know you will be glad to get the surgery behind you. I am praying for you to have a speedy recovery, so you can soon get back to your garden.
Praise Jesus hon for your beautiful day enjoying His glory and earth.
Hon, I'llbe sending ya some celery seeds and other things soon. your garden and land sounds wonderful and fruitful. You are a good woman. Got the prayer wagons cirlclin you all and God is Good. ((((Love)))) to you from Kansas Jessie. Kansasrose
Hi Jessie, Hope today is a good day for you, you had me smiling with your dreamy moon and garden talk, and I hope you're feeling better again real soon. I sent a card to you from Canada! :) No idea how long that'll take, but I'm thinking of you! love, T

Just ran across your site. Love your work.
I am a newbie blogger. My wife has a blog for her photography, and I thought I would start one up for my art and my "play" photography.
It is always nice to network with other artists.
Your weather is better than ours. We retired to Maryland (from Georgia) 3 years ago - not used to this cold weather. Snow flurries possible tomorrow.
Semper Fi to that Marine of yours. I was a door gunner in Vietnam 66-67.
