Attitude

There once was a woman who woke up one morning,
looked in the mirror,
and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.

Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?"
So she did and she had
a
wonderful
day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror
and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.

"H-M-M," she said,
"I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?"
So she did
and she had
a
grand
day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head.

"Well," she said,
"today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail."
So she did
and she had
a
fun,
fun
day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.

"YEA!" she exclaimed,
"I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything.

Be kinder than necessary,

for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,

Love generously,

Care deeply,

Speak kindly.......

Leave the rest to God

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...

It's about learning to dance in the rain.

My grandmother taugh me how to make paints using mud, berries ect as a younin,so I mix the red Alabama mud or post hole mud with my paints, gives it a different texture,I have a painting on my blog,We have gotton some good rain, garden was canned befor hospital and Aunt Bea is getting settled in.All is well just the nausea is bad, I can get Nauzene over the counter and its GREAT,doesnt make me sleepy so I can visit with children and can get some art done. The portrait of the lady with brown back ground is the mud art.Whats going on in your neck of the woods?Fall is on the way here, cool mornings, sunny afternoons and tryes to rain in the late afternoon,I always tell folks when y'all are here in Alabama just wait a spell an the weather will change.tell me what your up to.xxoo

I am so happy to hear from you and see your happy face! You look so tan! Well you have a very nice shaped head! The "Swamp Witch" never arrived but please don't even think about it , it's totally ok, I love your book you sent me anyway so that is fine with me! I would have immediately thanked you if it had appeared but never fear just work on the things you need to make and I love hearing from you!

Well, well, so much going on that I didn't know about.

I'm glad you're better and your hair cut is fine.

You had a very smart grandmother to teach you all you know about painting with mud.

No red dirt around here. If we dig much we find that old heavy gray looking clay.

It's still warm (90's) and not much rain over in our county. Even the pumpkins are small this year.

I'm glad things worked out so you could get the garden things canned before you went to the hospital.

Take care!! Love-n-hugs!! I'll be checking back.
